RFLCT. ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent app published by Kraig Kubicek. Contact us at Kraig@rflctdaily.com. The web version of RFLCT. is available at rflctdaily.com.
RFLCT. is a daily reflection app. It provides reflection questions, Gospel Anchors, guided prayers, and a private on-device journal. The app is provided on a free tier with a single daily Gospel Reflection, and an optional paid tier (RFLCT. Pro) that unlocks additional reflection categories and features.
RFLCT. does not require an account. Everything you write is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:
RFLCT. Pro is available as a $2.99/month or $29.99/year auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in your local currency at purchase and may vary by country. Apple and Google set the exchange rates and any applicable taxes.
If we offer a free trial or introductory price, you will be notified of the terms at purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their respective policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or the Google Play order history (Android).
The reflections, journal entries, and any other content you create in RFLCT. belong to you. Because those entries are stored on your device and not transmitted to us, we have no access to them, no claim over them, and no ability to use them for any purpose.
If you choose to share a reflection with someone (by copying it out of the app, for example), you do so on your own initiative and under your own responsibility.
The reflection questions, Gospel Anchors, prayers, design, code, and branding within RFLCT. are the intellectual property of Kraig Kubicek and RFLCT., except for Scripture quotations (which are public domain translations unless otherwise noted). You may use the app for personal reflection. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or repackage the content of RFLCT. without written permission.
Short quotations of individual questions or Gospel Anchors for personal sharing (e.g., texting a friend, sharing on social media) are welcome and encouraged, with attribution appreciated.
You agree not to:
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of RFLCT. at any time. We'll do our best to let you know in advance about material changes. Because the app runs locally on your device, it will continue to work even if our web or update services are unavailable, though you may not receive new content or features.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RFLCT. OR ITS PUBLISHER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REFLECTIONS, OR DEVICE DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the publisher resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
If we change these Terms, we'll post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the app. Continued use of RFLCT. after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
