RFLCT. is built and maintained by one person, so responses are personal — and usually quick.

We're sorry — we can't. By design, your reflections are stored only on your device and never sent to our servers. This protects your privacy, but it also means if you uninstall the app or clear its data, the entries are permanently gone.
If you reflect on something you want to keep long-term, consider copying it into a journal or a notes app you back up.
Yes. Once the app is installed, everything works offline — reflection questions, Gospel Anchors, your journal, all of it. An internet connection is only needed to download new app updates.
Yes — as long as both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) that purchased the subscription. Inside the app, tap "Restore Purchases" on the second device to activate Pro.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us.
Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for the RFLCT. purchase.
Google: Visit Google Play order history and request a refund within their window.
Please do. RFLCT. is shaped by the people who use it. Email your ideas to Kraig@rflctdaily.com with "Feature Idea" in the subject.
Absolutely — and we love when this happens. Reach out at Kraig@rflctdaily.com and we'll figure out the best way to serve your group.
RFLCT. is gospel-centered, rooted in historic, orthodox Christian faith. The reflections and Gospel Anchors are drawn from Scripture and emphasize the person and work of Christ. It's designed to be useful to believers across Protestant traditions who share those commitments.
RFLCT. is a tool for personal reflection and spiritual formation. It is not a replacement for pastoral counsel, professional mental health care, or the community of a local church.
If you are in crisis, please reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or mental health professional. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Thanks for using RFLCT. It's a gift to build something that might, in some small way, turn hearts toward Christ.
